Right now the only things we really have are swim lessons and swim team. If you have any ideas of things we could try please let me know. Easter egg hunt in the pool, Cool Pool (games and relay races) Gladiators in the pool... Also, if you can get someone certified to teach swim lessons intructor, or Y guard, you can bring people in to your Y and make some revenue. Erica L. Kroll Erica L. Water Fitness is also an option although many YMCA's include that free with membership. We do offer specialty classes such as Aqua Yoga at a fee. SCUBA and kayaking classes are also an option providing you have a trainer and enough pool space. Basic water rescue and child water safety classes for new mom's can also be popular based on your population. Lastly, I would say to think outside your building. We have a three outside swim lesson locations, and offer water front management services to local condo, apartment, hotel and towns with pools and beaches. Hope that helps.
