Happy Spring, Asset Builders -
Several of us at Search Institute have been working with asset building
and complex change concepts to see how they can inform our work around
leading change efforts. To get a glimpse of how some of these ideas fit,

We also ran a track of sessions at last year's HCHY conference and are
continuing these conversations through a webinar series and peer
learning groups in 2007. I hope some of you will want to join us

Register for all four webinars for only $99.95 and become eligible to be
a member of a Peer Learning Group. Three groups are being proposed: 1)
for community initiative leaders 2) for YMCA staff or volunteers 3) for
education folks. The peer learning group will be facilitated by a Search
institute staff and is design to share insights on how the webinar
concepts are relevant and applicable in specific settings. Sessions will
be conducted by phone once a month between webinars. Only eight seats
are available on a first come, first serve basis. Register now for all
four webinars and you will be sent information to sign up for the
Learning Group.
