[Assets] Building assets in various staff positions

I was in the Assets training with the Golden State YMCA in Visalia,
California. I had found a place on the web where I was able to download
documents pertaining to ways to build assets and information to build assets
within various staff positions with the YMCA. This was over a year ago that
I found this and I've now moved into a new position within our YMCA as a
Staff Development Director and I would love to use these documents as a
resource. Could you help me in finding these downloadable documents? For the
life of me, I just can't fing them.
